He took the time to explain the difference in the options we had, and honest about what work needed to be done and which of those options would be best. His oversight even prevented the crew from installing the wrong shingles, due to a delivery mix up. And, when our damaged ceiling repair needed to be redone, it was no problem. Strong Oaks Construction recently replaced our roof which was damaged during the 2017 storms. Mark was very easy to work with and guided us through the entire process. He also worked with the insurance company to modify the claim once he identified additional damage that was not initially included in the claim.
